- Steel-Cut Oatmeal
- Vegetables like brussel sprouts / asparagus / broccoli / sweet potatoes as well as the following:
- Cheese -- I use fat-free in my salad.... really good
- Slivered almonds
- Chopped walnuts
- Basmati rice
- Apples -- I will keep baking apples for a yummy dessert
